The hotel resort construction project is being carried out on Jalan Pariwisata, Bengkulu City. This location is in the historical area and has direct access to the beach. Therefore, the main issues of this project are the coast, historical area, zoning, circulation, and disaster. The resort typology causes the design also consider the identity of the project site concerned. By giving a touch of the original Bengkulu culture and cionsidering the issues, this project has been expected can increase the interest of tourists to visit Tapak Paderi Beach, Bengkulu City. |
