The number of inns in Bengkulu City is relatively small. Even though this city has a potential beach, one of them is called Tapak Paderi Beach. This phenomenon has an impact on the number of tourists visiting the beach. The local government has begun to assess the construction of lodging around Tapak Paderi Beach. The hotel resort construction project is being carried out on Jalan Pariwisata, Bengkulu City. This location is in the historical area and has direct access to the beach. Therefore, the main issues of this project are the coast, historical area, zoning, circulation, and disaster. The resort typology causes the design also consider the identity of the project site concerned. By giving a touch of the original Bengkulu culture and cionsidering the issues, this project has been expected can increase the interest of tourists to visit Tapak Paderi Beach, Bengkulu City.
