Summary:Surabaya is the capital of the Indonesian province of East Java with a population of 3.094.732 which grows 0.65% every year resulting the traffic to be densed. Therefore, Joyoboyo Intermodal Station designed as a mass transportation solution that integrated with another transportation mode. For the project realization, construction engineering management consisting of construction execution method, scheduling, and construction cost estimation is necessary. Construction method in the project started with preparatory work consisting of field clearing, measuring & referencing, and temporary facility construction. Next, lower structure work consisting of foundation and retaining wall work. Upper structure work consisting of column, beam, and slab work for 4 stories and ended with steel truss roof work. Further, there are transportation and drainage work. The task dependency in this project is combination of start-start and finish-start dependency. Total duration for the project is 636 days which start on 1 August 2020 and finish on 29 April 2022. The project estimated to cost Rp75,621,094,468.54 covering direct cost and indirect cost composed of quality control cost, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cost, tax cost, overhead cost, contingency cost, and profit.
