Description
Summary:The Kamundan Sebyar river basin is a nationally strategic river basin consisting of 90 watersheds. The Kamundan Sebyar river basin has great potential in the water resources sector, but due to limited human and financial resources, it is deemed necessary to establish a priority order in its management. This study aims to set watershed priorities for utilization of water resources in the Kamundan Sebyar river basin as a consideration for watershed stakeholders in making policies. This study uses the AHP fuzzy method in its priority determination analysis. Fuzzy AHP is a combination of the AHP method with the fuzzy approach, where the AHP fuzzy method uses the Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN) to replace the current scale in AHP. The study was conducted by compiling a hierarchy of interests consisting of goals, criteria and alternatives. The goal in this study is priority watershed which is assessed based on the readiness of the watershed to be utilized its natural resources. While the main criteria include land conditions in the watershed, water conditions in the watershed and socioeconomic conditions in the watershed where each main criterion has its own sub-criteria that can explain in general the conditions of the main criteria. The alternative in this study is the existing watersheds in the Kamundan Sebyar river basin. The results are based on the respondents' assessment of prioritization of the watershed prioritizing the land conditions of the watershed, such as good fertility in the watershed, the percentage of critical land which tends to be small, the percentage of vegetation land that tends to be high and also the erosion rate in the watershed is still relatively low. Rather than the water condition factor in the watershed or the social and social aspects of the watershed. Based on this, there are 5 watershed priority groups in the Kamundan Sebyar river basin where priority block I consists of 6 watersheds, priority block II consists of 21 watersheds, priority block III consists of 35 watersheds, priority block IV consists of 20 watersheds and priority block V consists of 8 watersheds.
