INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/50360 Statistics Indonesia, locally known as Badan Pusat Statistik, is still doing conventional learning in survey training. The large number of survey materials that had to be delivered in a limited time made some of the material not conveyed to the training participants. The levels in the training system for instructors can lead to different interpretations at each level. Less varied learning media make the training participants bored. The use of virtual reality interactive questions based game for survey training can contribute to improving the learning outcomes of participants who take them. Two test groups were chosen to be the research object, the control class, and the experimental class. The control class follows conventional learning and the experimental class follows learning using virtual reality interactive questions based game. In the beginning, the two-class will be given a pre-test with the same questions. At the end of the session, a post-test will be given to assess learning outcomes. In addition, the experimental class will be asked to rate their perceptions of the effects of using game. Based on the multiple regression test, it is proven that there is a significant effect of the variable engagement and experience on the participant's enjoyment against the game. From the learning outcomes, participants who took part in the experimental class scored significantly increased. The understanding of participants who took the experimental class was better than participants who took conventional learning. text
