One of the solutions to solve all these problems is to implement mobile health app. There are several mobile health app implemented in Indonesia, which are divided into stand-alone mobile health app and those tied to hospitals. Both of these types have their respective advantages to the user’s healthcare experience. Until now, there is no health mobile app that combines both types, therefore it is necessary to design a health service management app that has the features of a stand-alone app with those tied to the hospital. The design of a health app must be in accordance with the needs of the users because the purpose of health app is to improve the user’s healthcare experience, therefore the mobile health app interaction design is carried out using user-centered design approach. Data acquisition required to determine user context and system requirement is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Design process is done in two iterations, which is low-fidelity prototype and high-fidelity prototype. Usability testing is performed to evaluate the achievement of the application’s user experience goals and usability goals, which is effective to use, easy to learn, and helpful. The evaluation results show that the final prototype has achieved all of the goals using several testing parameters, such as the completion rate to assess effectiveness, Single Ease Question to assess learnability, and Intrinsic Motivation Inventory to assess helpfulness. The final prototype has also been assessed to have good overall usability using System Usability Scale and e-Health Impact Questionnaire. text
