Waste management at TPS Cijambe still has several problems, such as: inadequate TPS management, no organic waste processing, transportation to landfill unschedule, and no waste separation at the source. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the TPS Cijambe in performance efficiency, waste management, and supporting facilities. The planned 3R TPS will have an area of ± 1,000 m2. The planning period for TPS 3R is 12 years. TPS 3R Cijambe is planned to have several facilities, including waste sorting with the help of a conveyor belt, organic waste processing with open windrow composting technology, handling of inorganic waste with potential for recycling and economic value, and handling of residues. At the end of the operational year, it is planned that this TPS has a capacity of 6.96 tons/day. Handling of inorganic waste is sorted before being sold to third parties. These types of waste are paper, economic value plastics, glass, and metal with a total of 1,085 tons / day. Organic waste that will be processed at the TPS 3R is 2,646 tons/day. Unprocessed waste and residue are collected in 10 m3 containers and then transported to the TPA as much as one ritation a day. The economic analysis of the Cijambe 3R TPS development resulted in an NPV value of IDR -3.559.490.405,37. If the initial investment costs for the construction of TPS 3R Cijambe are borne by the Government, the waste collection fee that must be paid by residents is IDR 9,800.00/month/house, whereas if the initial investment costs are not borne by the Government, the waste collection fees that must be paid by residents is IDR 126,000.00/month/house. text
