Balikpapan City As the center of business and industry, this city has the largest economy in all of Kalimantan, with a total GDP of IDR 79.65 trillion in 2016 From a population perspective, Balikpapan is the second largest city in East Kalimantan (after Samarinda City) with a total population of 645,727. in 2018 and in 2019 totaled 655,178 people. Persiba Batakan Stadium is a stadium that is still under construction located in Batakan, East Balikpapan sub-district, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. This stadium is planned to be a replacement for the Persiba Stadium. With the planned construction of this stadium, it is hoped that later it will become a lighter so that the City of Balikpapan becomes more advanced both in terms of business, industry, and others. The scope of this final project generally includes making Work Breakdown Structures, planning the implementation method which includes site plans and zoning, quantification of work volume, determining project scheduling, and project cost estimation in detail for preparatory work, substructure work, structural work. above, and water resources work. Detailed cost estimation is carried out using two methods, namely unit price using SNI and Permen PU No. 28 of 2016 and resource enumeration.
