Summary:<b> Abstrak :</b><p align="justify"> <br /> The motto "Human resource is company most asset" is commonly used lately. Indeed, most Fortune 500 companies actually applied it. They believe that the actual strength and power of the company is in the hand of their employees. Therefor their treatment to the employees is not only as production tools but also as the inducer of company goals and objectives.<p align="justify"> <br /> In practice, it is difficult to change the company to be more employees oriented rather than profit oriented. One of the obstacles is the reluctant and incompetent of the leader and also the culture of organization. Most of leaders are worry about losing their position. On the contrary, companies who adopt the motto need different type of leader. It needs a leader that concern, exploit and increase their employees' capability and even more than the leader itself. Also sometimes the company's culture does not support to do that.<p align="justify"> <br /> Consider this situation, the owner of PT X feels the need to evaluate current leadership and culture. In accordance, this research was taken to meet this need. The research is using factor analysis to describe current factors of organization's leadership and culture. The result is expected to give and help strengthening the company leadership and culture to be more employees oriented.
