In order to realize the role of TPK Koja, this final project will discuss the Design of Operation Pattern for Koja Container Terminal in Tanjung Priok Port. The Operation Pattern Design is based on the Port Master Plan that has been established by the government. The design of the operation pattern includes the design of the wharf pattern, the design of the piling field operation pattern and the calculation of capital costs and container handling rates. The design of the wharf operation pattern includes the design of the berth area, the combination of moored vessels, the determination of handling equipment as well as the calculation of the container handling design capacity at the wharf. The design of the piling field operation pattern includes the design of the stacking field area, the determination of the horizontal transportation means, the calculation of the design capacity for the stacking field handling and the horizontal transportation operation pattern.
Calculation of container handling fees and rates including calculation of equipment prices, calculation of capital costs, expenses and income per year and determination of container handling rates. The calculation of costs and rates for container handling is carried out under a total procurement scenario, the initial investment costs are loan with a repayment period of 10 years |
