MODEL PENERIMAAN TEKNOLOGI APLIKASI SI BANDAR PADA TAHAP PRE-USE

Vegetable suppliers (known as bandar) in Desa Cibodas and Desa Suntenjaya still have low standard of living and unable to compete with large-scale vegetable supplier companies. Therefore, PT Rekacipta Petani Muda (Rekatani) has an initiative to help bandar(s) in Desa Cibodas and Desa Suntenjaya to improve their accounting capabilities by developing a mobile application called Si Bandar. There is a concern that Si Bandar app would not be accepted by its users. This can be caused by the developers who did’t understand the acceptance of Si Bandar app. Acceptance failure of Si Bandar app can cause Rekatani’s goals not to be achieved. Therefore, this study identifies factors that influence acceptance of Si Bandar app at the pre-use stage. This study uses the modified model of UTAUT with variables consisting of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Risk, and Trust by adding one variable which is Personal Innovativeness in Information Technology (PIIT). The model was tested using PLS- SEM using SmartPLS with sample data obtained by intervieweing 50 bandar(s) in Desa Cibodas and Desa Suntenjaya, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Further data processing done by making Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis (IPMA). The results showed that the factors that influenced bandar(s)’ intention to use Si Bandar app were Effort Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions. Based on these factors, researcher recommends some strategies that can be implemented by Rekatani with the hope of minimizing the risk of rejection from bandar(s) and also increasing the success rate of the development and implementation of Si Bandar app. Keywords: Si Bandar Ap
