Summary:PT X is a state-owned company (BUMN) engaged in the metal manufacturing industry, especially military products. PT X was established to provide the needs of the main armament system to support the implementation of the defense and security of the Republic of Indonesia. In 2019-2020 there was a change in the organizational structure at PT X. The current organizational structure is not relevant to the strategic changes that PT X company wants to achieve, namely the product sales target that has increased from its original value of Rp. 5.7 trillion to Rp. 10.7 trillion. Changing the organizational structure to a new structure causes resistance from employees, so that employees do not do work in accordance with the flow of the new organizational structure because they feel used to the old structure. As a result of the emergence of resistance, measurement of change readiness to determine employee readiness for organizational structure changes needs to be carried out by PT X. The individual change readiness measurement is designed based on the choice of variables from three measurement, namely Holt et al. (2007), Vakola (2014) and Rafferty et al. (2013). The measurement use to measure individual change readiness consists of 7 variables and 34 indicators. The measuring instrument used to measure individual change readiness is a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire based on employees will be compared with the reference value as the readiness limit obtained based on expert opinion. The value of the individual change readiness limit for PT X is a value of 5. The result of PT X's individual change readiness measurement is that PT X is declared ready to face changes in organizational structure. One Division of PT X have not met the readiness limit, namely the Corporate University Division. There is a gaps between the readiness value and the readiness limit for 4 variables in the Corporate University Division. The proposed program to increase individual change readiness in the form of training was developed to eliminate the gaps in readiness values and readiness limits. Training subjects were developed based on instructional objectives derived from mapping indicators with cognitive dimensions and affective dimensions of Bloom's Taxonomy. The training method used is team training with internal sources. The training evaluation method is to conduct a pre- test and post-test of individual change readiness.
