Although Al Safar and Jami’e Darussalam Mosque’s designs have been considered as new and different by public, yet their designs is actually still fulfil the requirements of mosque building based on Qur’an and Hadith. The typologies of both mosques is also can not be qualified as new, because they have been used in several mosques in the world and Indonesia. In the entrance and the prayer room, the typologies are monumentalism and contemporer modernism. These typologies affecting the perceptions of space which are comfortable, amazed, khusyuk, solemn and formal. Whereas in supporting rooms such as toilets, the typology is functionalism. This typology is also affecting perceptions of space which are comfortable and formal.
