Summary:The development of technology today varies greatly so that it can help solve problems that arise in life. One of the technologies is face detection. The application of face detection can be utilized in offline media measurements such as out of home media which currently does not have a way to take metric measurements. To facilitate measurement of media metrics outside the home, a metric measurement system will be built. This system aims to generate facial, age and gender data that can be used by media marketers outside the home. The system will apply face detection and age and gender will also be detected so that the resulting data will be more complete. In order for the system to be better, it will be applied to the face so that face detection does not duplicate. This final project will discuss a case study of out of home media on the STEI ITB display in front of the STEI Head of Study Program. Several known sources of scientific work will be used as a reference in the completion of this final project. The system development will use the Software Development Life Cycle methodology. There are six variables that have an influence on the system's ability to detect. Based on the results of system testing, the six variables have an influence and the system is able to carry out basic functions in accordance with the written capabilities of the system
