Through this study, the authors analyzed variables in the Urban Heights Residences Apartment project. In determining the construction of such apartments, the author pays attention to several points namely market problems, competitors. market position, unit segmentation, buyer profile, price, potential development and financial simulation aimed at obtaining a better viewpoint in the hope of obtaining property development objectives, Investment Rate of Return, and positive NPV value. text
