First, the concept of third-party payment has been identified, its origin, development, operation and profit model has been explained, and a theoretical basis for analysis has been laid. Secondly, we explored the growth of domestic and international third-party payment experience, summarizing the enlightenment of foreign experience in the creation of third-party payments in our country. Finally, the use of Alipay as a main case, reflecting third-party payment markets in China, reflected the status of its payment mechanism and security system and summarized its competitive advantage, competitive weaknesses, potential and threats using the SWOT analysis mode. By examining the difficulties and predictable business prospects that Alipay faces, it found a suitable growth strategy for China's third-party payment industry. Through the above analysis, third-party payment companies must play their main strengths, build equal growth strategies, ensure their stable and sustainable development to encourage the competitiveness and stability of the entire third-party payment industry by consolidating economic leverage, leveraging the new world of the third-party payment business, insisting on a working partnership with the bank that is mutually beneficial.
