Description
Summary:Belitung is one of the cities with quite large tourist attraction in Indonesia. To accommodate the increasing movement of tourists every year, H.A.S. Airport will be built. H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin Airport is an airport located in Tanjung Pandan, Kabupaten Belitung, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. This airport is planned to have an aircraft take-off and land facility and a passenger terminal covering an area of 12,000 m2. The scope of this final project includes the making of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), planning construction methods, calculation of the volume of material requirements, construction scheduling calculations, and estimated project costs. The construction method to be planned for the construction of H.A.S. Airport Hanandjoeddin includes preparatory work, passenger terminal structure work, pavement work, and drainage work. The work volume calculation is done manually based on the design results of each aspect. In order to estimate the construction cost, two methods are used, the unit price using the SNI and Permen PUPR No. 28 2016 and resource enumeration. The duration of work is determined based on the heavy equipment leads and the labor resources leads. H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin Airport project is scheduled to be constructed from April 1st, 2021 to December 30, 2024 for a total duration of 978 days. The project direct costs are Rp1,177,595,628,916.99. With additional indirect costs, profit, and taxes, the cost budget plan obtained for the project are Rp1,516,243,502,955.15.
