Summary:Fulfillment and quality improvement of inter-location connectivity in Indonesia, especially for passengers, can be realized through trip by high speed railway as the mode of transportation and station as the required transportation infrastructure. This final assignment will provide discussion regarding the planning and implementation of Tegalluar High Speed Railways Station. This planning and implementation includes construction method, construction cost estimation, quantity take-off, and project construction schedule. Construction object scope include station building structure, foundation, retaining wall (tunnel), parking pavement, drainage, and station architectural. The construction stages begin from soil improvement, then foundation and retaining wall construction, upper structure, and then the station landscape construction. Construction cost estimation made base on quantity take-off referring to unit cost analysis standard in detail and conceptual. The construction phase start on January 4th 2021 until March 29th2023 or estimated to be completed by 575 workdays and total cost requires is Rp418.827.031.526,00.
