At PT. ABC Kuari D, the mining process is still not effective and efficient, especially the loading and transportation of limestone from the front to the crusher. So that in this research, optimization will be carried out so that the mining process at PT. ABC Kuari D can become more effective and efficient. Optimization is a process to achieve ideal results. Optimization can be interpreted as a form of optimizing something that already exists, or designing and making something effectively and efficiently. The method used in the optimization in this study is the Linear Program. In this research, field data were collected in the form of CAT 773E hauling time and Komatsu WA 700-3 loading time. In addition, there are secondary data in the form of crusher capacity data, daily effective working hours, front 360-2 and front 420-3 daily production targets, and P12 crusher capacity. In this study, two calculation scenarios were used with a combination of different dump trucks and wheel loaders, with the aim of producing the cheapest loading and hauling costs while maintaining the values of match factors. In scenario 1, the combination of the dump truck and wheel loader is CAT 773E and Komatsu WA 700-3. In scenario 2, the dump truck and wheel loader are replaced. The dump truck uses a Komatsu HD 785-7 and the wheel loader uses a Komatsu WA 900-3. The results of scenario analysis show that scenario 2 is the best in the scenario the cost of loading and transportation is the cheapest with loading and transportation costs Rp. 5,718. text |
