Covid-19 or the Corona virus was an infectious virus and cannot be taken lightly. Since March 2020, various countries around the world have closed their borders and have severely restricted people who want to travel. With pandemic conditions, various business sectors have deteriorated. The reasons is because of slow economic cycle, declining purchasing power, and public fear of the situation. This situations certainly has a big impact on the ASEAN airline provider. The aviation industry is one of the industries that has been hit quite hard. One of the reasons is because people are afraid to go on travelling due to several factors such as; fear of contracting, difficult document requirements, and uncertainty of circumstances. ASEAN was one of the regions that highly depend on the tourism industry and they certainly needs to find a way to restore their flight demand. Passenger's fear of their safety when using airline services during pandemic was something that needs to be solved, plus ASEAN airline provider also need to establish marketing strategy programs related to the situations so that in the future they would survive, even after the pandemic situation is over. Therefore this study aims to provide proposed health and safety concern marketing strategy programs for the ASEAN airline industry after the covid19 outbreak. text
