This hospital transformation certainly has consequences, it needs consideration and analysis related to the interest of many parties. There will be benefits and risks from the decisions to be made. For this reason, a decision-making analysis is needed to make sure the right steps in this regard. The research objective is to assist CPI management in choosing its hospital service model related to COVID-19 in accordance with government regulation (compliance) and company expectations. There are three alternatives of company hospital services (full services, half services, and modular services) that will be selected using the Kepner-Tregoe (KT) Decision Making Tools.
