If for the service value in check-in counter did not keep in balance for the passangers number that come will make waiting time for a long time. It will be so seriously for service time that determine for about 1 hour, it can retreat more than 1 hour. If it happened so for this slowness flight it can\'t be avoided. <br /> <br /> During 1995 the slowness rate on average in domestic flight for about 39% and for international flight for about 28,3%. Basically controll result that it has been known that caused of the slowness for about 11,2% caused of ). By using of queue of model, it can be known about the effective service and optimal in order for this service time that determined can be expected. <br /> <br /> If in this queue up service model used in Juanda - Surabaya Airport so in this slowness flight that expected will be decreased and for the waiting time will be smaller.
