One of the problems faced is in the Human Capital division. The problems that arise is the Knowledge Management system that has not been managed perfectly. PT XYZ need the optimal knowledge management system that will affect the improvement of business performance in PT XYZ. This research will analyze the organizational capability and implementing optimal knowledge transfer procedure in PT XYZ. To get deeper understanding of the current situation in PT XYZ, the author also made gap analysis and root cause analysis. The methods of this research involving collecting both quantitative and qualitative data to get more complete and in-depth understanding. Quantitative data was done by distributing questionnaires with several process areas based from PCMM model to find and evaluating the organizational capability. While qualitative data was done by conducting in-depth interview the owner. This research using descriptive study to describe the characteristics of the variables of interest in a situation and consists of two types of data namely primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the result can be used to propose knowledge management strategy that can be applied to improve the business performance of PT XYZ. text |
