Summary: | Multi-business cooperatives must be able to solve their problem to maintain their
existence: lack of cooperative members participation and the public interest in the
businesses. Cooperatives can solve this problem through a digital transformation so the
cooperatives can provide value according to current customer needs. Therefore, we
need a digital transformation model that can help cooperatives, according to the reality
of cooperatives and the needs of cooperative customers, as well as aspect priority when
determining the goals of digital transformation. This research follows the digital
transformation roadmap methodology. The final result of the model consists of five
building blocks, namely customer, organization and culture, business model, processes,
and technology. In addition, there are also three pillars for each building block. From
the analysis, the priority level of building blocks and pillars is also known, with
customer and organization-culture being the highest priority. This digital
transformation model was also validated to Koperasi Keluarga Pegawai ITB (KKP
ITB) as the object of research. From the validation results, it is known that the digital
transformation model of multi-business cooperatives from the analysis is easy to
understand (score 4.4 from a scale of 5), easy to adopt (scores 4.4 from a scale of 5),
according to the conditions of cooperatives (scores 4.8 from a scale of 5), can assist
cooperatives in carrying out digital transformation (score 4.4 out of a scale of 5). |
