Summary:Research related with human resource management effected to the quality achievement result in company that applied TPS is limited and difficult to find. Even though human resources management believed becoming one of the key success when implementing TPS. These human resources effect may also become one of the hypotheses in this research. We think that human resources are giving positive impact to the company’s quality achievement. Evaluation model is needed to give clear understanding about human resource effect, and its relation with company’s business result especially quality. Model that has been used in this research is came from EFQM Excellence Model. That model is developed by expanding process factors, by adding TPS dan QC Circles criteria, based on company’s best practise where this research is conducted. Model development dan hypothesis evaluation is done by conduction survey in the company. Those survey data then developed by using structural equation modelling and processing the data by using Partial Least Square method. As a result, it can be proved that human resource management is affecting the company’s business result achievement especially in quality. Those human resources through QC Circle activity, give significant impact to the business result. While TPS become a framework for the company, but not directly impacted to the company’s business result.
