Editorial cartoon illustrations on ceramic reliefs are a ceramic relief work that visualize a phenomenon in society by commenting on various issues in the form of humor/satire satire. This work reflects the author's anxiety about important cases when the corona virus hit Indonesia in 2019-2021. Many innuendos are directed at irresponsible individuals with more populist humor in a wise and conventional manner in society. The purpose of this study is to elaborate the techniques of making ceramic relief illustrated by editorial cartoons; therefore, it can produce aesthetic ceramic reliefs. Data collection techniques used are qualitative studies; moreover, the work-making technique uses slabbing, pinching, and carving. There are 6 works that have been made with various sizes entitled corona virus, the Minister of Health apologized, corruption in social assistance, the spread of the corona virus, injecting vaccines, and going home for the holidays. This work is expected to provide a new medium for editorial work where ceramics can be used as an aesthetic element to record moments or to educate and entertain public.
