Summary: | Increasing number of nosocomial disease transmission and the needs to increase nurse
performance efficiency amid the supply shortage in nurse market, needs robotic solution to
help solve the problem. Based on this issue, author will develop an all terrain robot which will
be operated in the hospital to support the logistic processeses within. In the system which is
built, robotic system needs communication subsystem and user interface. Moreover, to support
the so called parallel processes, also will be needed a concurrency sub system. In the
implementation, communication sub system will be implemented with MQTT protocol which
will be executed in Amazon Web Service cloud server. For the user interface sub system will
be implemented with python programming language with tkinter library facility and the
concurrency process will be using FreeRTOS in ESP32 microcontoller. This document is
intended to explain and describe the design, implementation and testing of those sub systems.
In the end of the implementation process and after underwent thorough testing, author
concludes that the sub system developed has worked properly, hence, ready to be integrated. |
