Summary:2020 is the year when we are forced to stay at home most of the time due to CoronaVirus disease. This global pandemic has made some business sector, most notably culinary business, to step down. On the other hand, people nowadays tend to shop more, especially the zGeneration. This kind of characteristics has made most of z-Generation don’t have adequate cooking skills. Seeing this opportunity, a well designed and gamified application interface which provides a cooking guide would be loved by most people. Player centered design is one of the new applicable methodology to get to know application users. When designers have to dig more than what user centered design has to offer, player centered design would be a better choice. By comparing some related applications, it is known that most of them lack gamification elements, which actually is a very great opportunity to begin with. The evaluation methods which were being used are System Usability Scale (91/100), Single Ease Question (6.8/7), User Engagement Scale (4.67/5), and Net Promoter Score (40(favorable)). Gamification elements which are applied: onboard tutorial, signpost, icon, rating, badge, easter egg, reward, progress bar, and unlockable content.
