Global Creative Farmer. The project was delayed. This can be a bad image for the company and can be detrimental to both parties. Planning needs to be improved and scheduling planning needs to be done. One of the methods used for scheduling is the network planning method. This method can explain the relationship between jobs so that the causes of delays can be found. After that, the network planning calculations are applied to a bar chart which is useful as a communication tool for the construction team as a work reference. Analysis of other factors was also carried out and studied management theory to find the root of the problem. From all these analyzes, it is obtained a formulation regarding the stages of project management. The formulation proposal is submitted to the company and is expected to be applied to the company in planning and working on future projects.
