PT. Indojaya Lima Abadi is one of the small industry players. Along with the change of generations, the company began to make changes by adding a sub-division of planning and architectural design. In the establishing of the planning division, PT. Indojaya Lima Abadi still has a lot to learn in terms of the managerial projects it is working on. The latest in the case of the renovation and development of land owned by PT. Global Creative Farmer. The project was delayed. This can be a bad image for the company and can be detrimental to both parties. Planning needs to be improved and scheduling planning needs to be done. One of the methods used for scheduling is the network planning method. This method can explain the relationship between jobs so that the causes of delays can be found. After that, the network planning calculations are applied to a bar chart which is useful as a communication tool for the construction team as a work reference. Analysis of other factors was also carried out and studied management theory to find the root of the problem. From all these analyzes, it is obtained a formulation regarding the stages of project management. The formulation proposal is submitted to the company and is expected to be applied to the company in planning and working on future projects.
