In rainy season, the Region of Gedebage, Bandung, has has a significant increase
in the amount of rainwater discharge. The condition is caused by the imbalance
between the additional volume of rainwater and the discharged volume. This
event causes various problem in Gedebage District and also its surrounding

requirements, transportation, health, safety, etc. Considering several crowded
