Summary:CV Baretta Cemerlang is a company that customizes ceramic tableware to meet the desires of its customers. The entire process is carried out by the company without the involvement of any subcontractors, ensuring that the company has complete control over the process. CV Baretta Cemerlang can make souvenirs out of ceramics, but most enterprises make mugs, tea sets, and ashtrays in the meantime. Because most products are designed as souvenirs for an occasion, the company places a high value on punctuality. By 2023, the firm's objective is to become a top tableware firm with a positive reputation among Indonesians. This research aims to assist CV Baretta Cemerlang in evaluating the current business and identifying the best solution to the problem so that it can be implemented. The handbook for visionaries, game-changers, and challengers, known as the business model generation, will be used to guide this thesis analysis. It also uses Kepner Tregoe's research to help in decision-making. The internal analysis will examine the existing state of CV Baretta Cemerlang's business model to identify issues and, maybe, uncover the company's potential. On the other hand, external analysis gathers secondary data from industry and market forces, major trends, and macroeconomics. The proposed alternative is to create a brand image product representing the company's values and is easily accepted and acknowledged by Indonesians. It also identifies market segments so that the company may concentrate on generating products that meet the needs and wants of customers. The recommendation score helps in choosing the optimal selection that fulfills management's expectations. Implementation will assist the organization in implementing and realizing the planned business model to become more measurable and tangible. The company will become the dominant ceramic manufacturing company in Indonesia, specializing in souvenirs, due to the implementation. Furthermore, the performance will delve further into a tableware company with diverse, outstanding models, sorts, and colours.
