Summary:In this modern era, throughout the fast-growing technology development, there is much easiness that we able to gain. And is so for ones who want to do and create a business or even a startup, we would be easy to learn and execute at the same time. As we can see, Indonesia is up ranked to 73rd from 120th in the list of countries’ Ease of Doing Business Index of 2020. Speak of which, there must be a formed organization or a team within a certain business. Human resources (HR) have ought to be needed to form a team that is tasked to manage the business. There would have been many ways and perspectives in the context of forming dan managing a team to achieve each of its targets. The limitation to explore HR makes us have to think hard to gain HRs that are fit for the business model we are involved in. One of the fastest ways to form a managerial team within a business or an organization is to recruit our friends, contextually, playmates. Our friends are expected to be our work partners that is better for them to separate the sense of friendship and the sense of professionalism in the working environment. When we have that one long-termed circle of friendships that suddenly expected to be professionals, businesspersons must find ways to differ friends of daily playmates and working partners. It is as certain as to research businesses that are containing Generation Z’s for there is one unique statement, “Gen Z weighs their options when it comes to a reliable career path while avoiding the debt trap. Armed with the entrepreneurial spirit of the millennial generation, but with a little more care and forward-thinking, Gen Z will pave the way to success without following other people's rules. Approximately 41% plan to start an entrepreneur and 45% believe they can find something that changes the world” (Online Schools Center, 2019). This research involves a qualitative method to collect and analyse data. The qualitative research in semi-structured interviews is here conducted among businesspersons who have been selected as respondents. Those who have results and facts about what their problems are and what other businesspersons should do. Here, the reason why I do not research the same business sector is that it is aimed to look at the organisational side and examine the culture of the company. Regardless of what sector they are in. I compare two companies that were formed upon their friendship. One of both failed to run the business, and another else has been successful in managing the business and claimed to be quite sustainable. The 3 hope from the researcher's point of view is that we can see what people should do and avoid when we run businesses that are built upon friendships. By looking at the comparison of one failed and one sustained business to this day, it is expected that this research will be able to spot the pattern that emerges to be a factor of a failing or a sustaining team to manage each of their organizations. This research will look at the side of its friendship within businesses that are formed upon their sense of friendships, work performances will be the end that is affected by the passage. It is also expected that the result of this research will be able to be implemented to any of us who plans to have business with our close friends. In the last chapter of this research, I will bear recommendations to manage a business that fully contains close friends and how to mitigate and resolve conflicts. This whole content will be focused on the way for us to be able to create business altogether with friends while having a proper performance.
