However, the implementation of horizontal collaborative logistics in MSME clusters in Indonesia still scarce. Therefore, this study aims to identify factors that affect the industry clusters' acceptance to determine the possibility of implementing the collaborative logistics' concept. By combining equality of benefit, competence equality, leadership, trust, competition, a cluster's role, perceived benefit, and COVID - 19, a conceptual framework to investigate the influencing factor of collaboration intention was proposed. A partial least square path modelling (PLS-PM) is conducted on a sample of 102 respondents (31 for pilot and 71 for full-scale study) from the business owner or operational manager of six MSME clusters: rattan furniture in Cirebon, leather centre in Garut, stone jewelry in Samarinda, batik in Pekalongan, and shoes in Bandung. The results indicated that trust and the cluster's role significantly drive the intention of MSME to do horizontal logistics collaboration. Furthermore, the changing business situation cause by COVID – 19 pandemics proven to be one of the influencing factors. At last, some implications for both research and practice fields also present. text |
