This study aims to develop a vendor development strategy model, which can improve vendor competence and performance, through the mediation of relationship learning. In particular, this research contributes to the development of vendor development strategies, based on vendor assessment, competitive pressure, and direct involvement strategies, which are based on the growth of vendor competencies and performance. Conduct periodic vendor assessments accompanied by transparency of the evaluation process and providing feedback. b. Creating a competitive climate through competitive pressure based on clear and fair rules of the business. c. Increase direct involvement of vendors oriented to human resource development and process improvement through new innovations towards jiritsuka or vendor independence. d. Establishment and optimization of PT XYZ's logistics vendor community as a means of building sustainable relationship learning through a series of comprehensive development activities.
