It was found that the values of applied voltage V were 1.54, 1.43, 1.54, 1.60 and 2.26 V for red (4 sama dengan 700 nm), orange (620 nm), yellow (585 nm), green( 565 nm) and blue (470 nm) LEDs, respectively. Using linear regression it was obtained that the value of h/e is 3.8 x 10-15 J.s/C, which is comparable to the standard one (h/e sama dengan 4.136 x 10-15 J.s/C). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Therefore, this simple method can be used in learning process for physics undergraduate students. text |
