Pellet was produced by extrution-spheronization method using Avicel PH101 as absorbent and PVP K-25 as binder. Pellet coating process with Eudragit E-100 have been done using Fluidized Bed Dryer. Pellet with composition extract and Avicel PH101 3:2 produce pellet with distribution size in range 500-900 6m, percentage recovery 85,8 and 89,38% in pellet with PVP concentration 3 and 2%. The taste test showed that the coating using Eudragit E- 100 20% that diluted in etanol 95% with concentration 2% (w/v) have reduced the bitter taste significantly. <br /> text |
