Analytical validation method is one of the processes for determining the validity of an analytical method in laboratorium where the process and calculation require substancial amount of times. Following an information technology, development of an analitycal of validation method software could be done. This software could help in reducing calculation time for analitycal validation method. The scope of this software focused on chromatography. This analitycal validation method software was developed based on comparative analitycal method using three standard methods which are external standard, internal standard and addition standard. This software was built using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Software with Microsoft Access database software. Analytical validation method software for chromatography obtained was capable for calculating and determining validity of analytical method conformance with manual calculation. |
