This analitycal validation method software was developed based on comparative analitycal method using three standard methods which are external standard, internal standard and addition standard. This software was built using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Software with Microsoft Access database software. Analytical validation method software for chromatography obtained was capable for calculating and determining validity of analytical method conformance with manual calculation. text |
