The solution was analysed by gas chromatography on an OV-1 capillary column 25 m x 0.53 mm and detected by using a flame ionization detector. The method has been validated by testing its recovery, precision, linearity, and sensitivity. The recovery from spiked samples ranged from 92 to 103 Percent, the coefficient of variation ranged from 1.51 - 2.04 Percent, the coefficient of corelation was 0.999, limit of detection was 0.58 mg/mL, and limit of quantification was 1.75 mg/mL. <br /> text |
