Summary:Currently, the development of business hotels in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with the increase of business development, especially in the Jakarta area, which is known as the business city center in Indonesia. With many companies growing in the area, business hotels have become quite attractive to entrepreneurs for business activities. The 4-star Business Hotel Project in Slipi is a hotel project designed to accommodate lodging and other services that can facilitate business activities in the Jakarta area. This building has a main function as a commercial area that provides lodging facilities as well as supporting and recreational facilities for business activities with a total height of 61 meters consisting of 13 floors, a rooftop, and 2 basement floors. In this case, construction management engineering is needed to plan the project delivering methods, estimate project cost and schedule of the project so the project will meet the targets, which are time, cost and quality. In this paper, writer will explain about the construction delivering methods that is in accordance with the project conditions. This paper will explain the process of quanitity take off using Microsoft Excel, conducting direct and indirect cost and the process to get the project duration. Then, this project plan will be analysed based on one similar project data so It will meet the project targets which is 17 months of project duration and Rp 142 billion of project value.
