Until now Huawei Indonesia'sbusiness line is still dominated by CNBG which contributes around 90% of total revenue. EBG and CBG can’t contribute much yet because new business lines need time to grow and a lot of cost that must be sacrificed if company want to achieve faster market penetration.
Year 2021 will be a very challenging year for Huawei to keep increase its sales orders without any external supporting factors COVID-19 pandemic issue that predicted will be over. To anticipate this situation, the management must formulate appropriate strategies through a comprehensive analytical framework.
This research is conducted to identify how is the best practice to increase the sales order of CNBG department of Huawei Indonesia with reference to Ansoff Growth Theory analysis as preparation phase to overcome year 2021 which planned to begin actualized in Q4 2020. This research focuses on 3 growth strategies namely market penetration, market development, and product development. |
