Categories of drugs involved in Lump Sum procurement system were 67 categories. And categories of drugs involved in Cost Contract procurement system were 124 categories. Investment values for both systems worthed IDR26.112.794.583,32. From that value, investment value for routin drugs was IDR5.904.951.662,84 (22,61%) and investment value for regular drugs was IDR20.207.842.920,48 (77,39%). Pricing comparison between the two systems on eight drugs with the same generic names which are commensurate in strengths, preparation forms and packaging amounts showed that drug procurement with Lump Sum system cost cheaper than Cost Contract system. text |
