| Summary: | PT Varizama Lestari Biotekno Indonesia is a company based in Pekanbaru, Riau which engage in an agricultural industry. Through this research, a business plan will be implemented for PT VALBI. Business plan is a set of presentations presenting a company's strategies for running a business. Through this business plan, the author aimed to present all types of plans that have been summarized into a number of chapters and sub-chapters, each with its own set of requirements. During the process, the author seeks information from a variety of sources using both primary and secondary data sources, such as conducting interview, preparing a focus group discussion, fixated on journals, and also formal data from the government or formal sources. According to the findings of this business plan, PT VALBI is a major player in the industry with a comparable type of business. However, the author advises PT VALBI to begin operating its company using the strategies outlined, such as implementing a digital marketing plan. |
