INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/62749 PT Hardtmann Mekatroniske Indonesia (HMI) is a private company specializing in applied technology consultants concentrating on smart devices product development and cyber-physical system integrators. Stakeholders of HMI wants to know and decide which project opportunities should be prioritized based on current condition and limiting factors currently HMI has. The project categories are classified as Full Stack Project (FS), Hardware Projects (HW), Software Projects (SW), and Manufacturing Projects (MF). Each project category has unique characteristics that draw different preferences between stakeholders. This research aimed to perform the project category prioritization with multi-criteria and multiparticipant decision making. The project categories will be processed through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine which one to be prioritized. AHP process includes defining goals, defining criteria, defining sub-criteria, creating decision hierarchy, performing the pairwise comparison, and deriving priorities for each alternative (project categories). In this research, criteria were obtained from FGD with directors, which result in 5 criteria, namely: Financial, Customer Profile, Resource, Learning Opportunity, and Strategic Alignment. Some of the criteria are broken down into sub-criteria to gain more comparative importance. The importance rank for each criterion will be derived from each alternative, which is FS, HW, SW, and MF. text |
