founded on October 28, 2011. Broadly speaking, Nusa Indah Pratama is a company
engaged in the sale and purchase of property including kiosks, RSH (Residential
Healthy Home) residences and estates. The recent COVID-19 pandemic has
affected the property business a bit, but it is fundamentally promising.
Before determining the strategy of the business, it is necessary to analyze the
external and internal conditions of the company. SWOT will be used to analyze
internal and external conditions, in addition, BMC will be used to analyze internal
conditions. The strategy that will be proposed is in the form of development of new
projects in accordance with property market conditions and alternative financing
strategies with debt financing and equity financing. The results of the strategy
formulation are poured into the 10-year action plan for the development of new
regional development.
Business strategies proposed for the company are the development of apartment
occupancy for the upper middle class and financing strategies in the form of
combined financing strategies with composition (equity 45% and debt 55%).
Business formulation strategy helps companies to run projects effectively and efficiently so as to increase asset value and provide value in the form of profit for
shareholders. |
