Summary:Human Resources (HR) or employees are the main assets in an organization, employee management needs to get special treatment because basically employees can affect the existence of the organization in the future. Employee development in the company can be done by promotion and job rotation. Related to this, a study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of job promotion and job rotation on employee performance in the company. This research was conducted on employees of PT Hutama Karya (Persero). Through the Slavin theory approach, the number of samples in this questionnaire is 456 people or 22.7% of the total population. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method measured by a Likert scale through an analysis approach of validity and reliability testing, descriptive analysis, normality test analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis test analysis (t), and simultaneous test (F). Based on data processing performed using SPSS software, the hypothesis of this research is accepted, namely that there is an effect of job rotation on employee performance, there is an effect of job promotion on employee performance, and there is an effect of job rotation and promotion on employee performance.
