Miranda Moda Indonesia is experiencing quite good development and in the end in 2020 experienced a decrease in business performance. In 2020, pandemic conditions experienced globally and locally in Indonesia itself caused changes in many companies, especially those who are accustomed to do their business operations manually.but circumstances make the company and the people who are in it to run business activities online.These changes were never planned in the business strategy of PT. Miranda Moda Indonesia.So that it has an impact on business performance. The planning of digital transformation was never on the business strategy of PT.Miranda Moda Indonesia. In this study, the author will study the digital transformation readiness gap of PT. Miranda Moda Indonesia by knowing the results of the gap in the company.So whether the role that will be done by the HR department in pursuing the lag with the aim in the future will have an influence on the business performance of PT.Miranda Moda Indonesia.
