Summary:PT. Armindo CaturPratama is one of the manufacturers that produces processed steel products. PT. Armindo CaturPratama was founded in 1992 and started its business in trading and transportation of corrugated steel in 1995. PT. Armindo CaturPratama in 2021 experienced a market decline due to the sharp increase in economic uncertainty in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia. During this Covid 19 pandemic, PT. Armindo CaturPratama seeks to implement strategies and commitments for future business development. With the acquisition of PT. Armindo CaturPratama by a subsidiary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), namely PT HAKAASTON, has helped a lot in business development at PT. Armindo CaturPratama in dealing with problems that arise due to the sluggish construction business due to the pandemic. Covid 19 is a big problem that hinders the development of various industrial fields, including industrial infrastructure. The negative impacts that are felt are the delays or suspension of building projects, project budgets that continue to increase due to the pandemic, and the ability of project workers to work which is the main challenge for the construction business. These are the things that businesses must pay attention to as evaluation materials to design new strategies with the main focus being to build business life. Strategy formulation is needed after knowing the threats facing the company, the opportunities or opportunities it has and the strengths and weaknesses that exist in the company. Strategy Formulation includes the company's mission, objectives achieved, strategy development and policy setting The best strategy that can be applied in the business development of PT. Armindo CaturPratama is an improvement of internal weaknesses in order to take advantage of opportunities optimally. This research aims to help PT. Armindo CaturPratama in seeking the right strategy in the business development of PT. Armindo CaturPratama. In addition, the author also analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the business of PT. Armindo CaturPratama to increase its market share. results Based on the SWOT analysis, the priority of PT. Armindo CaturPratama is an increase in marketing through promotions, especially with the development of online marketing. In addition, the strategy that must be carried out by PT. Armindo CaturPratama creates innovative technologies to develop products and develop the best solutions in facing current challenges and finding new opportunities for the future.
