Summary: | The development of informaon technology has made it easier for the world's cizen to
communicate and seek informaon from anywhere and anyme, and as a whole has
changed the lives of people around the world. However, the development of informaon
technology has also resulted in a phenomenon called informaon polluon. A
phenomenon that can have a negave impact on society from the psychological,
financial, law, and even the security aspect of life. Without realizing it, the world’s
cizen, especially Generaon Z who grew up in tandem with technological innovaon,
has the potenal to help increase the amount of informaon polluon on the internet
and also become vicms of this informaon polluon. Therefore, it is necessary to
design a media that can increase the awareness of Generaon Z to start paying aenon
and to understand what informaon polluon is in order to reduce the spread and
expenditure of informaon polluon in their daily lives. Media that is considered to have
the potenal to spread informaon about informaon polluon to Generaon Z is
moon graphics. The purpose of this research is to find out informaon about
informaon polluon and to design moon graphics to reduce the expenditure and
spread of informaon polluon in generaon Z. This study uses qualitave and
quantave methodologies through data collecon conducted through literature review,
quesonnaires, and interviews. The slogan “Stop! Think! Share!” is used to explain one
soluon that can be done to prevent the spread of informaon polluon, and serve as
the main element of the communicaon strategy for the moon graphic.
